The advanced payment to secure the reservation amounts to 30% of rental price. The balance will have to be paid no later than 35 days prior to check-in date.
Full payment is requested for reservations confirmed earlier than 35 days prior to check-in date.Payments are required in euros and they can be made in the following ways:

The cost of final cleaning, payable at check-in, amounts to euro 20,00 per person per week or shorter stay; the service includes one set of towels per person and one set of linens per bed per week, or per shorter stay.
The refundable breakage deposit amounts to euro 200,00. The deposit has to be guaranteed at check-in either in cash or with credit card pre-authorization.

In sorrento, the Town Hall (Comune di Sorrento) apply a stay tax, “Imposta di Soggiorno”, on travellers visiting town (non-residents staying overnight). The tax is applied to people aged 18 years and over. The tax amounts to euro 3,00 per each day of the stay in Sorrento. The tax is applied for a maximum of 7 days.
